Şila Saatcıoğlu

Pediatric Dentist Dr. Dt. Şila Saatcıoğlu Buber was born in Istanbul. She completed her high school education at Esayan Armenian High School in 2008 and graduated from Yeditepe University Faculty of Dentistry in 2014 with high honors. In the same year, she was accepted into the PhD program in Pediatric Dentistry (Pedodontics) at Yeditepe University Faculty of Dentistry. She completed her doctoral education by successfully defending her dissertation entitled “In Vivo Evaluation of the Irritation Effects of New Formulations Containing Lysozyme, Lactoferrin, and Poloxamer 407 as a Carrier on Oral Mucosa.” Dr. Dt. Saatcıoğlu Buber has presented oral and poster presentations at numerous national and international congresses. Her professional interests include current dental materials in pediatric dentistry, preventive dental applications, dental treatment of children with special healthcare needs, dental treatments under general anesthesia, dental traumas, and regenerative endodontic treatments. She is a member of the Turkish Dental Association (TDA), Turkish Society of Pediatric Dentistry, Association of Pediatric Dentists, and the International Association of Pediatric Dentistry (IAPD). Since 2021, Dr. Saatcıoğlu Buber has been practicing at Dentgroup Koşuyolu Dental Clinic, where she has been providing dental care as a partner dentist since 2025.
